首先对TOD理论的相关概念和规划原则进行了阐述,进而提出了TOD模型评价指标体系的构建思路,选取相关的影响因子,并以梅溪湖新城TOD水平作为研究对象,尝试性引用空间设计指标对其进行重构.通过定性分析法、定量分析法、类型比较法等方法对梅溪湖新城2008年方案和2011年优化方案(即实施方案)TOD发展水平进行评价比较分析,总结各自交通系统、土地利用及环境品质设计特征,对这些特征进行比对,提出改善TOD社区水平的建议及意见,为梅溪湖规划的实施给出相应发展建议,以期为未来可持续公交导向型城市理论的应用提供参考.
This paper elaborates the related concept and planning principles of TOD theory at first. Thenthe construction idea of the evaluation index system is put forward. Taking the TOD level of the MeixihuNew City as the study object, this paper selects relevant impact factors and tries to improve the level byquoting indicators of space design. Through the qualitative an alysis, quantitative analysis and comparativemethod, the TOD levels of the planning of 2008 and the optimized one of 2011 (the implementation planning)are evaluated and compared. Fin ally,b y summing and comparing the characteristics of the transportationsystem , land use and environmental quality of the two planning, the paper put forward opinions to improvethe level of the TOD community and development suggestions for the implementation of the planning,hoping to provide a reference for the application of the sustainable TOD theory in the future.
