为了研究PVA水泥基复合材料的纤维掺量对弹性模量的影响,及弹性模量与轴心抗压强度的关系,进行了PVA水泥基复合材料配合比试验。制作了轴心抗压强度试件,通过试验获得轴心抗压强度与弹性模量,分析各项试验数据,试验结果表明:纤维掺量增大时,PVA水泥基复合材料的弹性模量增大;PVA水泥基复合材料弹性模量与轴心抗压强度之间关系与纤维掺量有关,分析并建立了数学模型,为以后水泥基复合材料的实际工程和理论研究提供了参考价值。
In order to study the effect of fiber content on elastic modulus of PVA cement based composite material and the relationship between the elastic modulus and axial compressive strength, the ratio tests of cement based composite material were carried out. Axial compressive strength test specimens were made and data collected in the experiment was analyzed which show that the elastic modulus of PVA cement based composite material will be increased when fiber content increases the relationship between the elastic modulus and the axial compressive strength of PVA cement based composite material is related to the fiber content.Their mathematical model is es- tablished which provides reference value for the practical engineering and theoretical research of cement based composite material.
