从过剩通勤人手探讨通勤交通与职住平衡的关系,进而提出了基于理论最小通勤的最优增长分布模型.以绵阳市为例,量化评估了职住平衡程度与通勤交通效率,在对比国内外城市后发现绵阳职住平衡与通勤效率较好.利用最优增长分布模型计算得到,在新增劳动力(岗位)增加77 500个(占总劳动力(总岗位)的14%)的情况下可以达到最优职住平衡状态.根据计算结果提出了未来绵阳新增劳动力和岗位的分布建议.
The relationship between commuting transportation and jobs-housing balance was first discussed through excess commuting framework, and then a theoretical optimal growth and spatial distribution model was established. Jobs-housing balance and commuting efficiency were quantitatively evaluated by taking Mianyang City as an example. Results show Mianyang City is better than other cities in terms of its jobs-housing balance and commuting efficiency. The best situation of job-housing balance can be obtained when 77 500 jobs/workers (14% of total jobs/ workers) are offered. Finally, the jobs-housing balancing policy is proposed on the basis of this model.
