针对激光反馈干涉微位移测量系统的光源驱动和干涉信号采集问题,设计了性能稳定的恒流源驱动电路和光电检测电路。通过仿真选择了合适的实验参数,驱动电流范围为23~35 mA,探测器的反向偏压范围为1.5~3.5 V,驱动微位移制动器的正弦信号频率为50 Hz,振幅为3~18 V。在实验中检测到了与理论分析相符的干涉信号,保证了同步准确的采样,输出信号满足系统要求。
Aiming at the problems of light source drive and interference signal acquisition for laser feedback micro displacement interferometry,the driving circuit and photoelectric detection circuit are designed,experiment parameters are selected by simulation.Driving current range is 23~35 mA,sinusoidal frequency of drive PZT by 50Hz,reverse voltage of PD by 1.5~3.5 V,amplitude of detector by 3~18 V.The experiment shows detected interference signals correspond with the results of theoretical analysis,which can ensure the accurate and synchronism sampling and meet the system requirements.
