员工个体能力发展在塑造和保持企业核心能力方面扮演着重要角色。在对个体能力的内涵和相关发展属性分析的基础上,总结、归纳了个体能力发展的基本方式和具体方法,然后从"能力获取"的角度出发,将个体能力发展划分为体验、交流、解读、反思等四种策略途径。在建立个体能力发展途径框架的基础上,讨论了不同具体能力发展方法所涉及的策略要素以及相关方法的衍生开发。
Employee capacity development plays an important role in shaping and maintaining core capacity of enterprises.In this paper,based on exploration the content and attribute of individual capacity,we summarized the basic methods and means of individual capacity development.From the point of 'ability obtaining',we examined four strategies for employee capacity development: experience,communication,interpretation,and reflection.On the basis of such framework,we discuss the elements and specific approach in different strategies.
