知识经济的迅猛发展使得企业逐渐认识到,知识才是组织最重要的竞争利器,而知识共享是知识管理的最核心议题。文章通过352份配对样本分析了人格特质对知识共享的影响,以及组织信任的中介作用,结果表明:情绪稳定性、经验开放性、宜人性和尽责性对知识共享具有显著影响;组织信任在情绪稳定性、经验开放性与知识共享之间起部分中介作用,而在宜人性与知识共享之间起完全中介作用。
With the rapid development of knowledge economy, entrepreneurs gradually realize that knowledge is the most im- portant competitive tool for organizations, and knowledge sharing is the core issue in knowledge management. By the use of the 352 paired samples, this paper analyzes the influence of personality trait on knowledge sharing and the intermediary effect of organiza- tional trusL The results indicate that emotional stability, open experiences, agreeableness and conscientiousness have significant in- fluences on knowledge sharing; organizational trust has partial intermediary effect between emotional stability and open experiences on the one side and knowledge sharing on the other side, and has complete intermediary effect between agreeableness and knowl- edge sharing.
