以魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)为基材与丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝共聚反应制备高吸水材料,考察了单体与基材配比、引发剂用量、反应温度等因素对接枝共聚反应及所得产物吸液倍率的影响。当m(AM)∶m(KGM)=5∶1,以过硫酸铵和尿素为复合引发体系,引发剂质量浓度0.200g/L,交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺质量浓度0.200g/L,反应温度65℃,反应时间4h,产物接枝效率可达90%,对去离子水的吸收倍率为2 680g/g,对0.9%NaCl溶液的吸收倍率可达130g/g。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察到产物表面粗糙,有利于快速吸收液体。
Super absorbent materials were prepared through graft copolymerization using konjac glucomannan(KGM)and acrylamide(AM).The effect of monomer amount,initiator,reaction temperature on the water absorption and graft copolymerization was studied.The super absorbent materials was capable of absorbing distilled water up to 2 680g/g and 0.9% NaCl solution 130g/g in its saturated state when m(AM)∶m(KGM)=5∶1,ammonium persulphate and urea as composite initiation system,the concentration of initiator was 0.200g/L,the concentration of crosslinker is0.200g/L,θ=65 ℃,t= 4h,the grafting efficiency can reach 90%.The surface of materials was very rough,which was conducive to absorb liquid.
