Make One （MO） is a new architecture of universal electronic equipment which is based on software function components.The description model of MO components is not only the foundation of building MO components library but also the basis of the MO components classification and retrieval.According to the characteristic of MO architecture,an integrated description model MOCDM （Make One Components Description Model） of MO components is proposed.Based on XML,the MO components description language xMOCDL （XML Based Make One Components Description Language） is also defined.At last,an example is given to illustrate the idea of the paper.
