WANG Hexun received the B.Eng. degree in transportation management from the Wuhan University of TechnoLogy ot China in 1988 and the M.Eng. degree in transportation engineering from Dalian Maritime University in 2005. He is a senior engineer in the area of transportation engineering. He is c~tly a doctoral candidate within marine engineering in Dalian Maritime University. His current research interests are marine engineering and transportationengineering. JI Yulong received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in marine engineering iiom Dalian Maritime University, China, in 2003 and 2008, respectively.
