采用直流电沉积技术在黄铜基体上制备出纳米晶Ni—Fe合金镀层。研究了电流密度对合金镀层的表面形貌、成分、相结构、硬度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当电流密度为3A/dm2时,镀层的硬度较高,为6000MPa;电流密度为5A/dm2时,所制得的合金镀层的耐蚀性最好,自腐蚀电流密度约为0.140μA/cm2,膜电阻约为166900Ω。
A nanocrystalline Ni-Fe alloy coating on brass substrate was prepared by DC electrodeposition technology. The effects of current density on the surface morphology, composition, phase structure, hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. Experimental results show that when the current density is 3 A/dm2 , the hardness of the coating is higher, which is 6 000 MPa, and when the current density is 5 A/dm2 , the coating exhibits the best corrosion resistance, with self-corrosion current density of about 0. 140 μA/cm2 and coating resistance of about 166 900Ω.
