就业稳定事关社会的和谐与稳定。就业稳定催生企业"人力资本资产专用性",促进企业文化传承,力推企业品牌形象塑造,确保客户关系维护,是企业核心竞争力的重要保障。企业人力资源管理是众多影响劳动者就业稳定的重要因素之一。当前影响劳动者就业稳定的企业人力资源管理问题主要有:薪酬福利制度欠佳,缺乏就业吸引力;晋升机制不合理,职业生涯通道不顺畅;忽视人文关怀,影响员工组织归属感;人力资源管理理念不清晰,企业文化建设欠规划等。为此,必须优化收入分配体系,提升员工预期;重视员工职业发展阶梯,做好生涯管理;正视员工多元需求,加强人文关怀;理清人力资源管理理念,强化文化建设。

英文摘要:

Employment stability is closely related to the social harmony and stability. The Employment stability issue forces enterprises to apply "assets specificity of the human capital", to reinforce the cultural heritage of enterprises, the brand-image shaping and to guarantee the maintenance of customer relationship. It is also a critical security of the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the other hand, human resource management is one of the vital factors that influence the enterprise stability of employees. At present, problems in human resource management employment, which that may influence enterprise stability, are: unsound payments and benefits system, insufficient employment attractiveness; unsound promotion mechanism; unsmooth professional career promoting channel. In addition, other problems also exist, including: enterprises ignore humanistic care to employees which leads to a negative impact on employees' sense of organization belonging; the idea of human resource management is not clear; the enterprise culture construction is not well planned. Therefore, the income distribution system should be optimized; employees' expectation should be promoted; more attentions should be paid to the career development ladder of employees to help them to plan their pro-fessional career; employees' multiple demands should be seriously considered through enhancing humanistic care; the idea of human resource management of enterprises should be clarified, and enterprise culture construction should be reinforced.
