Employment stability is closely related to the social harmony and stability. On the other hand, human resource management is one of the vital factors that influence the enterprise stability of employees. At present, problems in human resource management employment, which that may influence enterprise stability, are: unsound payments and benefits system, insufficient employment attractiveness; unsound promotion mechanism; unsmooth professional career promoting channel. In addition, other problems also exist, including: enterprises ignore humanistic care to employees which leads to a negative impact on employees' sense of organization belonging; the idea of human resource management is not clear; the enterprise culture construction is not well planned.
