以基坑钢筋混凝土支撑梁为例,分析了钢筋与混凝土构件共同工作的基础,运用三维有限元软件ADINA建立支撑梁的三维仿真模型,模拟其钢筋分布、约束条件、受荷载情况。通过模型分析计算得出的结果,得到钢筋轴力的分布图,相应的钢筋Z向位移曲线和梁的整体变形图,钢筋应力及混凝土平均应力曲线图,最后根据分析结果推导出钢筋应力与荷载的关系公式。从中总结规律得出应力应变监测的重点部位,从而为安全监测和安全施工提供精确有效的数据参考。
In this paper, taking the deep fundamental girder with concrete for example, the basic of steel bar and concrete component working together is analyzed, and three-dimensional finite software ADINA is used to build on the three-dimensional finite element model, simulating the steel distributing.restriction condition and load instance and so on. According to the three-dimensional finite element analysis, the graph of axis force on steel, the graph of Z displacement on steel and the graph of whole transmogrification on girder are drawn. Furthermore, the relation formulation of steel stress and external loading is obtained, pointing out the key position of monitoring stress and strain, which provide the accurate and efficient data for safety monitoring and construction.
