12CaO·7Al2O3(C12A7)材料由于其独特的纳米笼状结构,可应用于O-、H-的储存材料和高导电率电极材料。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了C12A7陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM测试技术,分析了C12A7凝胶和陶瓷的晶相结构和微观形貌,并采用DSC测试分析了加热过程中凝胶分解的各产物形式,确定了玻璃转变温度和晶化温度。
12CaO·7Al2O3(C12A7) can be used as storage materials applied to O-and H-,and the highly conductive electrode materials due to its unique nanocage-like structure.In this paper,C12A7 ceramic was prepared by Sol-gel method.The crystal phase structures and microstructures of C12A7 dried gel and ceramic were analyzed by XRD and SEM technology,respectively.DSC test was used to analyze the various product forms of gel decomposition during the heating process,and the glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature were determined.
