目的 探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶对舌癌术后放疗患者口腔溃疡的护理效果.方法 收集2012年5月—2014年5月诊治的舌鳞状细胞癌术后放疗发生口腔溃疡的患者23例,分为两组：常规护理组给予常规口腔护理,加强护理组在常规护理的基础上加用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶进行加强口腔护理,设定相应的护理疗效评价指标,统计护理有效率.结果 两组患者在护理疗程中的第3,5,7天均监测到疼痛消失和溃疡愈合,加强护理组优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;加强护理组的总体护理有效率为92.3%,常规护理组为40.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶加强护理可促进舌癌术后放疗患者口腔溃疡的疼痛减轻以及愈合.

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the nursing efficacy of basic fibroblast growth factor gelatin on radiotherapeutic patients with oral ulcer after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation. Methods The study investigated 23 radiotherapeutic patients with oral ulcer after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation from May 2012 to May 2014. The participants were divided into two groups：control group and enhanced group. The patients of control group was normal cared and the patients of enhanced group received basic fibroblast growth factor gelatin based on regular nursing care, and then evaluated the efficacy according to related standards. Results Pain disappearance and oral ulcer healing were observed in both control and enhanced group at 3, 5 and 7 days after therapy, and the enhanced group presented a significant higher efficacy rate （P〈0. 05）. The overall nursing efficacy rates were 92. 3% and 40. 0% in enhanced and control group （P ＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusions Basic fibroblast growth factor gelatin is effective way for the nursing of radiotherapeutic patients with oral ulcer after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation.
