目的 观察当归挥发油对实验性哮喘大鼠肺功能及其组织病理学改变的影响.方法 采用注射卵清白蛋白与氢氧化铝致敏、雾化吸入卵清白蛋白激发哮喘模型,每次激发前当归挥发油灌胃,并测定大鼠肺功能、观测肺组织病理变化以及血清中IgE的水平,研究当归挥发油对哮喘大鼠的保护作用.结果 当归挥发油能促进大鼠体质量的增加,改善肺功能,降低IgE的水平,抑制哮喘模型大鼠肺组织的炎症反应.结论 当归挥发油具有一定的平喘、治疗支气管哮喘的作用.
AIM To investigate the effects of essential oil from Angelicae sinensis Radix on respiratory function and lung pathology in rats with asthma. METHODS Injection of ovalbumin and A1 (OH) 3 were used to sensi- tize, and then the inhale of ovalbumin was used to stimulate before gastric perfusion of essential oil from Angelicae sinensis Radix. The model of asthma rats were established to detect body weight, respiratory function, IgE and lung pathology. RESULTS Essential oil from Angelicae sinensis Radix could upgrade body weight of rats, improve re- spiratory function and depress IgE in serum and lung inflammation in rats with asthma. CONCLUSION Essen- tial oil from Angelicae sinensis Radix has some effects on asthma and bronchial asthma.
