针对用于视觉修复的微电极,根据其植入部位(视网膜、视神经、视皮层以及脉络膜上腔和视盘等),分别介绍了国内外各主要研究小组的最新进展及其特点,讨论了设计和制作微电极阵列的关键问题和面临的挑战,对视觉假体微电极阵列用于临床实验具有一定的推动作用.
As the interface between visual nervous system and external electrical system, the microelectrode array (MEA) is the key component in visual prostheses. According to different implanted locations along visual pathways (i. e. retina, optic nerve, visual Cortex, suprachoroid and optic-nerve head), various kinds of MEAs home and abroad were reviewed and compared. The key points and current challenges for the design and fabrication of MEAs for visual prostheses were discussed further. This paper work will promote the implantable MEAs for clinical experiment.
