基于双E组织创新理论,按照市场与业务两种坐标将“走出去”的中国企业创新战略分为强改进(Ⅰ型创新战略)与强探索(Ⅱ型创新战略)两类,对336家在美中资企业的实证研究结果表明:吸收能力与企业采取的创新战略成正相关关系,这种正相关关系同时受华商社团邻近程度的调节作用:邻近程度负向调节企业的Ⅰ型创新战略,正向调节Ⅱ型创新战略。深入探讨了理论模型与实证研究结论的意义,结合近年来美国华商社团与“走出去”中国企业的特点,对研究结论进行了阐释。最后对现有的研究局限与未来可能的拓展进行了讨论。
Basing on double E organizational innovation theory, this paper sets market and business two dimensions to classi- fy Chinese "going out" enterprise innovation strategy into strong improvement (type I innovation strategy) and strong explo- ration (type lI innovation strategy) categories. The empiricaI results basing on the 336 china-own enterprises in the US show a positive correlation between innovation strategies, this positive correlation is also adjusted by the degree of: further more proximity negatively moderate type I innovative business strategy and positively forward Type II innovation strategies. This paper further explores the significance of theoretical and empirical models findings and interpretation. Finally, the limi- tations of existing research and possible future expansion are discussed.
