以煤系高岭土为原料,六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,采用液相插层空化法制备了煤系纳米级高岭土,研究了焙烧温度、插层剂和超声空化功率对纳米级高岭土白度和细度的影响。结果表明,采用丙三醇和二甲基亚砜共同作为插层剂,在超声功率为800w、超声时间1 h、焙烧温度950℃下,所得煤系纳米级高岭土白度较好,细度达到250 nm。
This experiment uses coal series kaolinite as raw materials,uses(NaPO_3)_6 as dispersant,and uses glycerol as intercalation reagent,to explore the influences on different whiteness of samples after glycerol treatment and without after glycerol treatment under the same calcination temperature,and further explore the influences of treatment using(CH_3)_2SO and glycerol on the fineness of samples,and influence of ultrasonic power on the whiteness of the sample.The fineness of samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that using glycerol and dimethyl sulfoxide intercalated together,ultrasonic cell crusher ultrasound 1h,950℃ calcined at 800 w,available good whiteness,fineness of the kaolin particles 250 nm.
