目的比较针刺足三里穴位刺激杏仁核后阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者与正常人的脑电信号。方法利用基于小波变换的混沌分析,处理针刺足三里穴位刺激杏仁核后得到的电信号。结果在静止时,AD患者在低频带信号相对功率比较高,而在高频带信号相对功率比较低;而在进行认知活动时,AD患者高频带相对功率较低。结论从脑电信号角度可能得到诊断和治疗AD的新途径。
Objective To find the specific differences between Alzheimer's disease(AD) patient and normal control after acupunc- ture. Methods The amygdaloid nucleus EEG data of Zusanli acupoint was analyzed by spectral estimate based on FFT transform and Chaos analysis based on the wavelet. Results In ret state, the relative power percentage of AD patients was increased. In cognitive state, the rela-tive power percentage of AD patients was decreased. Conclusions The EEG analysis after acupuncture might be a new way to AD diagnosis and treatment.
