轧制差厚板在汽车轻量化方面展示出巨大潜力,为了推动差厚板在汽车零部件制造领域的应用,以盒形件为研究对象,通过实验和仿真研究了轧制差厚板的成形性能。分析了差厚板几何参数对其成形性能的影响,分别讨论了差厚板盒形件拉深成形极限以及厚度减薄率与差厚板几何参数之间的关系。研究结果表明:轧制差厚板的几何参数对其成形性能有极大影响,成形性能与薄板侧比例、板料厚度差、板料尺寸成反比例,而与过渡区长度成正比例。厚度过渡区偏向薄板侧,较大的过渡区长度、较小的厚度差以及板料尺寸对于获得更好的差厚板成形性能非常有利。
Tailor Rolled Blank( TRB) shows enormous potential in the aspect of automobile lightweight. In order to promote the application of TRB in the field of auto parts manufacturing,the formability of TRB was studied by experiment and simulation for the box part,and the influences of geometric parameters of TRB on formability were analyzed. Furthermore,the relationship between geometric parameters and forming limit as well as thickness thinning ratio for TRB box part during drawing process was discussed respectively. The research results indicate that the geometric parameters greatly affect the formability of TRB. The formability of TRB is in inverse proportion to ratio of the thinner side,blank thickness difference and blank size,and is in proportion to thickness transition zone length. Thickness transition zone is offset to the thinner side,the larger length of transition zone,the smaller blank thickness difference and blank size are preferable for acquiring better formability of TRB.
