在工蜂饲料中添加10-羟基癸酸(简称10-HDAA),采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,检测工蜂头部腺体中10-羟基-2癸烯酸(10-HDA)的含量,探讨不同浓度的10-羟基癸酸对工蜂合成10-HDA的影响。结果显示,在蜜蜂花粉饲料中添加10-HDAA,在一定程度上能够促进工蜂头部10-HDA的合成;添加量不同,对工蜂上颚腺分泌10-HDA的作用效果也有较大差异。添加1%10-HDAA效果较好;花粉饲料中添加10-HDAA能使工蜂10-HDA分泌高峰由原来的20日龄提前到15日龄。
10-hydroxy decanoic acid (10-HDAA) were added in the worker bees feed, and then the content of 10-Hydroxy-2-Decenoicacid (10-HAD) in the glands of worker bees' heads were detected by HPLC ,to explore effects of different concentrations of 10-HDAA for worker bees to synthesize 10- HDA. The results showed that adding 10-HDAA into the pollen feed could promote the synthesis of 10- HAD in the heads of worker bees in a certain extent. Different amount of addition could make big difference of effects for worker bees mandibular gland to secrete 10-HDA, and adding 1% of 10-HDAA was better. With addition of 10-HDAA in the pollen feed, the 10-HDA peak secretion of worker bees was changed from the original age of 20 days to 15 days of age in advance.
