尽管管理创新在企业获取和维持持续竞争力中的作用日益突显,但有关管理创新的理论研究却仍处于探索阶段,未能给予实践足够的指导,原因之一在于研究方法的多样性和差异性导致理论整合困难。为此,结合两年来课题组对中国企业管理创新所开展的探索性研究经验,指出探索性与解释性案例研究法相结合是管理创新领域较为适宜的方法,并归纳出该方法的4阶段实现过程。
The role of management innovation in obtaining and maintaining persistent competency has been increasingly important. However, since the diversity and differentiation of research methods in management innovation field lead to the difficulty of its theory integrating, researchers still haven't made great progress in theoretical study. Therefore, based on the two -year experience in exploratory research on management innovation practice in China, this paper proposes that combining both exploratory and explanative case study is a proper research method in management innovation field, and sets up a four-step process model for realizing this method, with the purpose of further directing management innovation practice and offering reference for relevant theoretical research.
