Yong Zhang, received his B.E., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science, circuit&system, and signal processing from school of electronics and information engineering, Sichuan University (SCU), Chengdu, China in 2003, 2007 and 2016, respectively. Currently, he is a post-doctor in com- munication and information Systems at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, and his current research interests are in satellite communications and array signal processing.The corresponding author, email: zhangyong5719@163.com Yongning Zhuo, received the M.Sc. degree and Ph.D degree in Electronical and information System Engineering from University of Electronic Sci. and Tech. of China in 2000 and 2006, respectively. ZHUO Yongning is currently an associate professor in UESTC. In 2010, he was a visiting re- search fellow at wireless and satellite communication technology in Nanyang Technology University, Sin- gapore. His research interests includes wideband and power-efficient wireless communication, compressed sensing, machine learning for signal processing. Jiang Wang, received his BEng. and MEng degrees in Communication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), in 2001 and 2004, respectively. He is now an assistant professor of the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communication, UESTC. His main research field is multi-core computing array, parallel signal processing, software radio generic, network-on-chip. Siyuan Jiang, received his B.E. and M.S. degrees in electroinc & information engineering and signal and information processing from School of Electronic Engineering, Univer- sity of Electronic Science and Technoloqy of China (UESTC) ,Chengdu, China in 2013 and 2016, respectively. His research interests include signal processing and satellite communication.
