根据激光重熔的特点,采用ANSYS有限元软件中的间接热力耦合方法,建立了TiAl合金表面激光重熔等离子喷涂NiCoCrAl-Y2O3涂层热力耦合有限元模型,对激光重熔温度场和应力场进行了分析。通过该计算模型,可以掌握激光重熔以及冷却过程中温度场和应力场随时间的变化规律。在温度场和应力场分析的基础上,讨论了激光重熔层中裂纹形成的机理及影响因素,并提出了一些解决重熔层裂纹产生的主要方法。
In view of the characters of laser remelting, a finite element model for analyzing the temperature and stress field in laser remelting NiCoCrAl-Y2O3 coating prepared by plasma spraying was established by using an indirect thermal-mechanical coupling method. The temperature and stress field were analyzed with the model, which provided a guide for study on the temperature and stress field at different time in the laser remelting and cooling process. The mechanism and the influencing factors of the crack forming during the laser remelting were discussed according to the results of the temperature and stress field. Meanwhile, the main ways to solve cracking problem were proposed.
