英文摘要：

The world has begun to realize, develop and protect ocean since the 21th century. Although economic activities of developing ocean which include production, exchanging, distribution and consumption of the marine resources have brought good results, they are doing a lot of harm to the health of the marine ecologic economic system simultaneously, such as the marine ecologic environment is damaged, the marine living resources are overdeveloped, red tide happens between whiles. Health evaluating information system for the marine ecologic economic system is established in this paper, which manages the monitored values of the elements related to the health of the marine ecologic economic system. The health degree of the marine ecologic economic system can be judged and the marine ecologic catastrophes can be predicted dynamically based on the information system brought out in the paper.
