用5个不同浓度的油菜素内酯溶液浸种处理黄豆种子,放在2种不同的温度下培养,观测其对种子发芽、下胚轴和胚根生长的影响.结果表明,用不同浓度的天然油菜素内酯处理对黄豆种子的发芽率和下胚轴生长均有明显的促进作用.在15℃和27℃下,0.05mg/L的油菜素内酯处理的黄豆种子发芽率最高,都达到了93.3%,分别比对照组增加了19.8%和14.8%;27C下0.05mg/L的油菜素内酯处理的黄豆种子下胚轴伸长最长,达13.6cm; 15℃和27℃下各油菜素内酯处理的黄豆种子胚根伸长均低于对照组,表明油菜素内酯对胚根的生长有抑制作用.
The effects of different concentrations natural brassinolide (0.025, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg/L) and two different temperatures ( 15℃ and 27℃) on the growth of soybean were studied in this paper. The results show that, it has obvious promoting effect on soybean germination rate and the growth of hypocotyl with different concentrations of natural brassinolide treatment. At 15℃ and 27℃, the germination rate was the highest (93.3%) with the treatment of 0.05 mg/L natural brassinolide, compared with the control group, the percentage increase come to 19.8% and 14.8% respectively. The hypocotyl of soybean at 27℃ reached to the maximum, 13.6 cm, with the treatment of 0.05 mg/L natural brassinolide. At 15℃ and 27℃, the radicle elongation of treatment group was shorter than the control group, which showed that the brassinolide had an inhibitory effect on the growth of radi- cle.
