利用无刷直流电机自身的霍尔传感器进行测速,得到的速度波动往往比较大,往往不能作为控制器的反馈信号。本文针对这个问题,对原有霍尔信号倍频测速方法进行了改进,并利用这种方法设计了一个专门的测速模块,实验结果证明了该方法的可行性和可靠性。
When using of BLDC motor's own Hall sensor for Speed,the speed fluctuations tend to be relatively large,which often can not be used as the feedback signal of controller.In this paper,try to resolve this problem,improved the original speed measurement method using frequency multiplication to the Hall signal,and designed a special speed measurement module.The experimental results prove the method feasibility and reliability.
