针对电机驱动器的性能测试和功率考核需求,提出一种利用电力电子负载模拟电机端口特性的负载模拟系统,可取代交流传动试验平台用于各类电机供电电源的性能测试。采用实时数字仿真技术获得电机实际接入时的端口电流状态,并控制功率变换器准确跟踪上述电流,使变流器具有与实际电机相同的端口电压电流特性。在电机空载启动和突加机械负载两种典型工况下进行了模拟,仿真和实验结果表明,电机模拟器具有与实际电机一致的端口特性,从而验证了所提方案的有效性。
In view of the demand of a motor stimulator for performance test and power assessment,a load simulating system that simulates the motor port characteristics using the power electronic load is proposed to replace traditional drive platform used in motor driver testing.Real-time digital simulation technology is adopted to obtain the port current state,and the power converter is controlled to accurately track the above-mentioned current,making the converter have the same port voltage and current characteristics as the actual motor.Two typical conditions,one no-load starting and the other abrupt application of load,are simulated.Simulation and experiment results show that the motor simulator has the same port characteristics as the actual motor,proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
