主要回顾了国家自然科学基金项目学习型组织的学习能力系统、学习导向人力资源管理系统及其相互关系研究(70272007)所提出的理论观点和实际应用成果,包括组织学习和学习型组织的概念、模型、组织学习能力测量问卷OLCQ;学习导向人力资源管理系统的概念、维度、测量问卷LOHRMQ;学习导向人力资源管理对组织学习能力的影响;其他与人有关的管理措施对组织学习能力的影响;所提出的组织学习和学习型组织、学习导向人力资源管理的理论在中国企业的应用研究及研究发现。最后,介绍了取得的学术成果和实践成就,指出了未来的发展方向。
The theoretical findings and their practical applications of the National Science Founda- tion Project 70272007 were summarized and described, including: (1) The author's concept and model for organizational learning and learning organization, the organizational learning capability question- naire (OLCQ) and its measurement system; (2) The author's concept and model of Learning Oriented Human Resource Management (LOHRM), and the Learning Oriented Human Resource Management Questionnaire (LOHRMQ); (3) The Impact of Learning Oriented Human Resource Management on organizational learning; (4) The impact of other human related aspects (such as organizational struc- ture, culture and individual and team management practice) on organizational learning and learning organization and (5) The applications of organizational learning and learning organization and Learn- ing Oriented Human Resource Management in China. The academic, practical and other related achievements were also summarized to serve as a kind of theoretical and methodological basis for fu- ture research on organization learning and learning organization.
