应用数量遗传学原理和全同胞组内相关法估计了40日龄大黄鱼的体长和体重遗传力,通过巢式平衡设计和人工授精技术,构建了5个半同胞家系和15个全同胞家系,利用SAS9.0软件的一般线性模型(GLM)计算表型变量的方差组分,估计体长和体重性状的遗传力.结果表明:大黄鱼鱼种阶段体重和体长遗传力分别为0.29和0.31.t检验显示两个性状遗传力的估计值均不显著,且雄性遗传方差组分大于雌性遗传方差组分,说明雄性遗传方差组分存在非加性效应或受环境影响较大.
In the study, the heritability of body length and body weight in Larimichthys crocea was estimated by means of intra group correlation of full-sibs at 40 days after hatching. Five sires and fifteen dams were mated by an artificial insemination technique and nesting balance design. Causal components of pheno- typic variance were calculated with the GLM ( General Linear Model) procedure of SAS 9. 0 software. The results showed the heritabilities of body weight and body length were O. 29, 0. 31 respectively. The hefitability of two characters did not reach prominent level by t checkout. The sire components were greater, sugges- ting large non-additive genetic effects or common environment effects that could not be differentiated.
