采用两步合成法在硅片基底上生长了ZnO纳米阵列.通过在反应溶液中添加不同量的丙醇,可以对ZnO纳米阵列的形貌进行有效的控制.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光光谱(PL)、紫外可见漫反射光谱仪(DRS)等手段对获得样品的结构、形貌和光学性能进行了表征.另外,对不同形貌的ZnO纳米阵列在紫外灯下光催化降解罗丹B的活性进行测试研究.
ZnO nanoarrays were successfully synthesized on Si substrates using two-step route. The morphorgis of ZnO nanoarrys can be controlled by varying propanol concentration in solution. The structures,morphorgis and optical properties of the as-prepared ZnO films were characterized with X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),photoluminescence( PL) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra( DRS). In addition,photocatalytic activities of ZnO films with different morphorgis were investigated by the degradation of Rhodamine B under UV light.
