合成了3个二丁基-(三甲基硅亚甲基)锡芳香酸酯和3个二环己基-(三甲基硅亚甲基)锡芳香酸酯,通过1R、^1HNNR测定对其结构进行了表征,并在不同浓度条件下试验了它们对柑橘全爪螨的毒杀活性,运用EXCEL对试验数据进行毒力回归分析,得出了LC50。结果表明:目标化合物显示出一定的杀螨活性,其中二环己基-三甲基硅亚甲基)锡间硝基苯甲酸酯的活性最强,LC50值为5.3897mg·L-1;烃基结构是影响该类化合物杀螨活性高低的重要因素,同时配体有机酸苯环上的取代基对杀螨活性也会产生一定的影响。
A series of triorganotin carboxylates R1 R2 SnCOOAr( R = Bu, Cy) were synthesized and their structures were characterized by IR, and 1 H-NMR. Their activity of all compounds for Panonychus Citri was determined. LC50 values were obtained by using of EXCEL regression analysis. The results showed that all the compounds had good acaricidal activity. The compound that had the highest toxicity was Cy2 ( Me3SiCH2 ) SnOCOC6H4NO2 ( LC50 = 5. 389 7 mg/L). Alkyls structure was the dominant factor in the acaricidal activity while the substituents on the benzene rings of ligands( organic acids) also had certain effects.
