目的分析新疆地方性肝包虫病CT图像的频域特征。方法采用频域法提取新疆地方性肝包虫病的单囊肝包虫(单囊组,15幅),多囊肝包虫(多囊组,15幅)以及正常肝脏(正常组,15幅)CT图像的能量和方差2个特征分量,并对其进行统计学分析,对样本行F检验,对3组样本所获得的特征分量作t检验。结果正常组、单囊组和多囊组特征分量Var和Energy差异有统计学意义,肝包虫CT图像的能量谱在不同组别间有不同的表征,随疾病的加重,其峰值出现降低趋势。结论通过频域法提取新疆地方性肝包虫CT图像的特征分量,其差异具有统计学意义,可为利用特征值筛选新疆地方性肝包虫病及肝包虫的早期诊断提供依据。
Objective This paper aimed to analyze the frequency domain features on (51 Image ot Amjlang local hepatic hydatid. Methods The frequency domain methods were adopted to extract the characteristic components of energy and variance from 15 CT images of the single hepatic hydatid liver, 15 CT images of polycystic hydatid liver and the normal liver CT images. The statistical analysis was conducted for the two feature components, F-test for the sample population and the t test for the obtained characteristic compo- nents of three groups of samples. Results Experimental results showed that the differences of the feature components extracted by the frequency domain method had Statistical significance. The energy spectrum of Liver hydatid CT image in the different groups had different representations, the peak of the energy spectrum decreased with the deterioration of the disease. Conclusion The extracted feature components on CT images from Xinjiang local hepatic hydatid via frequency domain method were significantly different in Statistics, which could be used to provide a basis for the selection and the early diagnosis of Xinjiang local hepatic hydatid by feature value.
