用3种不同浓度的水杨酸(0.25 mmol/L、0.50 mmol/L、0.75 mmol/L)对黑龙江乡土早熟禾(Blacktiger)进行浸种、叶片喷施处理,研究外源水杨酸对种子萌发的影响及叶片喷施水杨酸(0.25 mmol/L)对草地早熟禾幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明,3种浓度水杨酸浸种预处理有效地提高了草地早熟禾种子的发芽率和发芽势,在0.50 mmol/L、0.75 mmol/L浸种后抑制了其胚芽及胚根的生长,综合得出水杨酸0.25 mmol/L处理有利于草地早熟禾的萌发。在PEG 6000模拟干旱胁迫下,水杨酸的诱导抑制了草地早熟禾叶片中丙二醛的积累,但是促进了叶片中保护酶的活性(CAT、POD、SOD)及游离脯氨酸的含量。因此,适宜浓度的水杨酸诱导对干旱胁迫有一定程度的缓解作用,增强草地早熟禾的抗旱性。
The effects of soaking seeds with salicylic acid( 0. 25 mmol / L) on seed germination and drought resistance of Poa pratensis L. seedlings was studied by three different concentrations of salicylic acid( 0. 25 mmol / L,0. 50 mmol / L,0. 75 mmol / L) soaking Blacktiger seed and spraying leaf. The results showed that,three kinds of concentrations of salicylic acid pretreatment can effectively improved the Kentucky bluegrass seed germination rate and germination potential,0. 50- 0. 75 mmol / L of salicylic acid inhibited the plumule and radicle growth,0. 25 mmol / L water salicylic acid was conducive to the germination of Kentucky bluegrass.Under PEG 6000 simulated drought stress,salicylic acid inducement restrained the accumulation of malondialdehyde in leaves of Poa,promoted the activity of protective enzymes( CAT,POD,SOD) and the content of free proline in the leaves of Poa. Therefore,the suitable concentration of salicylic acid induced to alleviate the effect of certain level to drought stress,enhanced drought tolerance in Kentucky bluegrass.
