高职院校是酒店管理专业人才的培养之地,应该从时代发展的角度进行酒店管理人才的培养,达到为我国培养更多人才的目的。文章针对我国高职酒店管理专业学生的职业能力培养进行分析,找出了关于目前我国酒店管理专业学生职业能力培养所存在的不足,并针对这些不足提出了相关的建议和策略。
