英文摘要：

To explore the process of deception judgement of people and the factors which can influence this process is one of the most important aspects in fields of lying and deception detection. Earlier theories about deception judgement, such as fundamental attribution error, distraction hypothesis, and situational familiarity hypothesis, all have some limitations. Recently, dual-process theory has attracted much more attentions, and are supported by many studies. Future studies should answer whether the dual-process actually is a unimodel, and whether people have the ability to detect deception.
