对钾长石—硫酸钙—碳酸钙体系的热分解过程产物进行了研究。应用电子探针连续测定不同温度的焙烧产物,结果表明,热分解产物有新生矿物生成,在钾长石与硫酸钙添加量不变的条件下随着碳酸钙的增加,新生矿物连续定量分析得出热分解产物为C2S、K2SO4,XRD也同时验证了上述结果。探讨了该体系分解机理,从而为利用该体系焙烧生产钾肥提供理论指导。
Calcined products of potash feldspar-CaSO4-CaCO3 system were studied.The calcined products obtained at different temperatures were determined continuously by using electron probe,the results showed that there were new minerals in thermal decomposition products.Under the conditions of additive amount of potash feldspar and CaSO4 being unchanged,with the increase of additive amount of CaCO3,main material phases for calcined products were changed into C2S and K2SO4.The result of XRD also verified above mentioned results.Decomposition mechanism of potash feldspar-CaSO4-CaCO3 system was studied in this article,it would provide further theoretic guide to manufacture potassium fertilizer by calcining potash feldspar.
