从广东四会原始森林土壤中分离到一株能高效还原Fe(Ⅲ)和腐殖质(Hs)的兼性厌氧菌,编号为CY01.该菌株被鉴定为Comamonas koreensis.厌氧条件下,能氧化的电子供体有:丙三醇、葡萄糖、蔗糖;能还原的n(Ⅲ)有柠檬酸铁、氢氧化铁、水铁矿、针铁矿,还可以还原HS的类似物AQDS(2,6-双磺酸蒽醌).在这些厌氧氧化还原过程中,Fe(Ⅲ)和AQDS是CY01的电子受体.结合菌株CY01的形态学、生理生化和分子生物学特性,将菌株鉴定为Comamonas koreensis.
A facultative anaerobic bacterium, designated CY01, was isolated from a primitive forest sample collected from Sihui, Guangdong, China. The isolate was identified as a strain of Comamonas Koreensis. CY01 could reduce Fe(Ⅲ)-citric, ferrihydrite, goethite and AQDS with glucose, citric acid and sucrose as electron donors under anaerobic growth conditions. The results showed that humic substances and Fe(Ⅲ) were utilized as an electron sink by CY01 strain, which is a highly efficient humic substance and Fe(Ⅲ)-reducing bacterium.
