利用EBSD研究了0.33wt.%C碳钢中原奥氏体同一晶粒内的板条马氏体的形态和晶体学特征。在无残留奥氏体的情况下,由于EBSD检测结果的分散性,用对称性高的低指数极图(如{001}bcc极图)并不能很好地区分K-S取向关系和N-W取向关系。本文采用非对称性的高指数{123}bcc极图,可以区分两种取向关系。结果表明,此材料的马氏体取向分布基本符合K-S关系。利用极图与矩阵运算的方法,标定原奥氏体同一晶粒内24个满足K-S关系的变体,揭示了24个马氏体变体间特定的结合规律。
Electron backscattering diffraction(EBSD) attachment in scanning electron microscopy is used to analyze morphologies and crystallographical choracteristics of lath martensite within a prior austensite grain in 0.33 wt.%C carbon steel.Without the presence of retained austensite,pole figure with high symmetric and low-index directions(such as {001}_(bcc) pole figure),cannot distinguish the K-S orientation relationship from N-W one well,because of disperse of the EBSD scanning results.Pole figure with asymmetric and high-index directions (such as {123}_(bcc) pole figure) is used to solve this problem.The result indicates that the martensite maintains the K-S orientation relationship.The pole figure and the matrix can be used to identify the 24 variants of K-S orientation,and specific combinations of the 24 variants are discovered.
