针对巷道内皮带输煤过程中粉尘污染的问题,通过巷道内粉尘质量沿程分布测试,并利用数值模拟的方法,分别对不同风速下的粉尘颗粒运移、巷道底板沉积单个粉尘粒子扬尘、输煤皮带粉尘粒子运移进行了模拟。通过对以上3种模拟结果进行分析,得出了不同风速下巷道内皮带输煤系统粉尘运移规律。并与现场实测结果对比基本一致。
The paper takes it as its mission to explore the dust migration and deposition regularity along the coal conveyer in the coalmine by means of the numerical simulation and dust weight floating and deposition investigation, For our purpose, we have found that the depositing weight of the coal dust tends to decrease abruptly, at a hundred meter's distance, though the deposition rate wouldn't change obviously. Such a phenomenon shows while large particles of the dust were settling faster than the smaller ones, the leeward side of the migrating dust ata hundred meter disiance, the settling particles size gradually decreases along the conveyer. At the same time ,we have done a research with the migration of Single coal dust particles along the conveyer by simulating a different vdntilation speed. Through the investigation and analysis, we have gained the migration regularity of the coal dust along the coal conveyer system in the coal-mine practice. As a result, the simulation results prove in perfect conformity with the actual situation taking place in the coalmine production frontsite.
