利用纹影装置和阴影法粒径分析仪装置,对二丁醚/生物柴油混合燃料、纯生物柴油和0#柴油在不同喷射压力和环境背压下的宏观和微观喷雾特性进行了实验研究.结果表明:在生物柴油中添加二丁醚可以同时减小生物柴油的密度、黏度和表面张力.添加30%,二丁醚后,二丁醚/生物柴油混合燃料的索特平均直径相比纯生物柴油明显减小,表明添加二丁醚可以促进生物柴油的雾化.
In this work, the schlieren method and particle/droplet image analysis technique were adopted to investigate the macroscopic and microscopic spray characteristics of di-n-butyl ether (DBE)/biodiesel blends, pure biodiesel and 0# diesel at different injection and ambient pressures. The results show that the addition of DBE to biodiesel can simultaneously reduce the density, viscosity and surface tension of biodiesel. As 30% DBE is blended with biodiesel, smaller SMD is observed compared with pure biodiesel, which indicates that DBE addition can promote the atomization ofbiodiesel.
