This paper discusses the PLC electromagnetic radiation standard from four aspects： the necessity of standard establishment,the reason of using field measurement,the selection of receiving antenna and the demodulation method.It also studies the applicability of putting the magnetic field measurement results into electric field intensity.The suggestions for standard establishment are also put forward in the paper.
