徐楼铁矿矿坑涌水量大、水文地质条件复杂,为一典型的平原浅埋岩溶大水金属矿山,有效的防治水技术是矿山采矿技术的难题,也是一项系统性工程。本文首先介绍了徐楼铁矿的水文地质概况和矿坑涌水量预测,然后在详细研究徐楼铁矿井下近矿体帷幕注浆方案和实施过程的基础上,从矿坑涌水量、钻孔涌水量、钻孔注浆量、钻孔注浆压力、检查孔涌水情况、已采矿房揭露情况及地下水水位动态监测结果等方面,采用叠加效应分析和离散性分析等手段,综合研究评价了井下近矿体帷幕注浆的施工质量及治水效果。最后,对徐楼铁矿井下近矿体帷幕注浆工程产生的社会经济效益进行了分析。研究结果表明,井下近矿体帷幕注浆设计合理,取得了良好的治水效果,满足了矿山防治水和安全开采的要求,产生了巨大的社会经济效益。
Xulou iron mine is a typical karst water-rich,deposit shallow buried metallic plain mine with large amount of water inflow and complex hydrogeological conditions. How to effectively prevent and control water is a difficult problem and need systematical coordination in mining technology. The hydrogeology and the prediction of pit water inflow of Xulou iron mine are introduced firstly. And then based on the detailed study of the scheme and implementation of the grout curtain near orebody in Xulou iron mine,the construction quality and water prevention effect of the grout curtain were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of ore pit water inflow,the borehole water inflow,borehole grout intake volume, grouting pressure, water-burst inspection hole, the mined chamber and groundwater dynamic monitoring results etc. using superimposed effect analysis and discreteness analysis method.Finally,the social and economic benefits of the underground curtain grouting near orebody in Xulou iron mine are analyzed. The research results show that the design of the underground curtain grouting near orebody is reasonable and effective on water prevention,which is satisfied the requirements of water prevention and safe mining. It has brought great social benefits and economy profits.
