三-(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯( TBC)是近年来新出现的一种阻燃剂。在国外广泛用于聚烯烃、聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、不饱和聚酯等塑料、多种橡胶和纤维的阻燃。近年来对其合成方法,环境内的检测方法国内外的研究报道很多,但是对于TBC的毒理学研究却少有报道。综述了TBC的国内外毒理学研究进展,以为其进一步研究奠定基础。研究证实对藻类具有生物蓄积性,对斑马鱼的鳃,肝,肠,性腺,鱼鳔均具有毒性,对小鼠和大鼠的肝脏,肺,脾,肾等器官有不同程度的伤害,但是是否对其他脏器也有伤害,以及TBC作用机理仍然不明确。
Tris (2, 3 -dibromopropyl) isocyanate (TBC) is a new flame retardant in re-cent years.TBC as a new low toxic product widely used as a flame retardant in polyolefin , polyurethane , polystyrene , unsaturated polyester , a variety of plastic , rubber and fiber .The synthesis method and environment detection method of TBC was reported a lot both at home and abroad .But the reports of TBC toxicology research were few .This paper aimed to review the toxicology of TBC both at home and abroad , the TBC was confirmed bioaccumulation on algae, and toxicology on gill, liver, intestine, gonad and swim bladders of zebrafish, also occurred liver, lung, spleen, kidney and other organ injury of mice and rats .But the TBC toxicological mechanism are still not clear .
