针对铰缝结构的经时耐用性能缺少有效的定量评价方法,造成铰缝部位成为桥梁结构设计和桥梁服役管理的盲区这一问题,基于试验研究定义了空心板铰缝协同工作系数,用空心板铰缝协同工作系数来评价铰缝结构对相邻空心板协同工作程度.在此基础上,建立了相应的回归计算模型,通过引入铰缝钢筋锈蚀率随时间变化的计算公式,建立了空心板铰缝协同工作系数随时间变化的计算公式.对常用的深、中、浅3种空心板铰缝形式的经时耐用性能进行了评价.结果表明:深、中、浅的排序逐渐恶化;浅、中2种铰缝结构的服役寿命相近,除冰盐环境下不同跨度的空心板梁桥的使用年限大致在3~6a波动;深铰缝结构的抗蚀能力较强,不同跨度的空心板梁桥的使用年限大致在6~29a波动.
For a long time there is rarely effective method for quantitative evaluation for the hinged joint durability performance during the operations period, which is always the blind spot for the bridge design and service management. Thus, based on experimental study, coordination coefficient of the hollow slab hinged joint was defined as well as the regression model was established at the same time. Then, the time-varying function of the rate of hinged joint steel corrosion was introduced to the regression model. Finally, the constantly evaluating of the hinged joint durability performance of common used for deep, middle and low hinged joint forms were also carried out. According to the results of this research, the corrosion resistance of low and medium hinged joint is approximately same. The service life of different long-span hollow slab bridges with low and medium hinged joint are about 3 to 16 years. The corrosion resistance of deep hinged joint is better. The service life of different long-span hollow slab bridges with deep hinged joint are about 6 to 29 years.
