通过对摩托车后平叉异性件的拉伸破坏试验研究,获取其结构破坏试验参数,得出其承载极限在16000N左右,最大延伸率在25%,能够满足其强度要求。通过试验研究发现,无论是周边四边焊接还是周边上下双面焊接,其焊接强度对整体性能的影响不明显,均能满足结构的设计强度要求,试验结果为摩托车系统的承载特性提供了强有力的支持。
To obtain parameters of destructive parameters derived from the rear fork of motorcycle, structure destructive test is carried out. Through the test, the ultimate limit loading acquired is about 16000N and the maximum elongation rate is over 25%, which can meet the strength requirements. Through the rear fork of motorcycle destructive testing found whether peripheral edges on the periphery of welding or double-sided welding, the welding strength performance of the rear flat fork belonging motorcycle are not obvious. The test results provide strong support for the bearing characteristics of motorcycle system.
