目的研究白酒草Conyzajaponica的化学成分。方法运用正、反相硅胶柱色谱、D-101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和RP-HPLC等方法分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从白酒草中分离得到12个化合物:白酒草皂苷U(1)、白酒草皂苷T(2)、白酒草皂苷0(3)、白酒草皂苷M(4)、山柰酚-3-D-葡萄糖营(5)、木犀草素(6)、槲皮素-3-O-(6”-咖啡酰基)-β-D-半乳糖苷(7)、槲皮素-3-O-(6”-咖啡酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-半乳糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(10)、槲皮素(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)。结论化合物1~12均为苜次从白酒草中分离得到,其中化合物1、2为新的三萜皂苷,分别命名为白酒草皂苷U(1)和白酒草皂苷T(2)。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Conyzajaponica. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reverse phase silica gel, D-101 macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and RP-HPLC. Their structures were established by the NMR spectral analysis and co-TLC with authentic samples. Results Twelve compounds were identified as conyzasaponin U (1), conyzasaponin T (2), conyzasaponin O (3), conyzasaponin M (4), kaemferol-3-O-glucoside (5), luteolin (6), quercetin-3-O-(6"-caffeoyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside (7), quercetin-3-O-(6"-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), quercetin- 3-O-galactoside (9), quercetin-3-O-glucoside (10), quercetin (11), and β-sitosterol (12). Conclusion All compounds are isolated from C. japonica for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 are new triterpenoid saponins, named conyzasaponins U (1) and T (2).
