This paper is about the training of college students＇ practical ability, In the training process, the students＇ innovation activities are carried out in the theory learning, science and technology activities, academic competitions. At the same time, the organization and management of extra-curricular activities of science and technology for Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument majors are strengthened and the platform of science and technology activities has been formed. The training model of the departments＇ providing conditions,teachers＇ guiding roles and students＇ self- management has also been established with expectation of training the college students＇ engineering ability in measurement and control application and integrated technology design through academic competitions,participating teachers＇ scientific research projects to realize multidimensional training.
