在甘肃省宝积山盆地上三叠统南营儿组采集到了2种有节类化石,似木贼属短齿似木贼和新芦木属霍尔新芦木,以此2种化石为材料,利用多幅图像3D恢复的方法来重建有节类化石茎干的3D形态.在多幅图像3D恢复的基础上,利用Matlab图像处理语言来实现短齿似木贼和霍尔新芦木3D模型图的提取处理.结果能很好地重建研究区当前化石的3D形态,对古植物学形态研究及其与计算机3D恢复技术的交叉应用具有一定的参考意义.
Two species Sphenopsida stem Equisetum brevidentatus Sze and Neocalamites hoerensis Halle were collected from the upper Triassic Nanying'er formation in the Baojishan Basin,Gansu Province.The multiple images method was used to achieve a three-dimensional reconstruction shape of these two species stems.Matlab as an image processing software was used to extract the two species stems and the three-dimensional reconstruction models two species' stems worked effectively.This study can provide a significant reference for the interdisciplinary application of the paleobotany morphological study and the 3D reconstruction technology.
