通过对纯柴油、40%正丁醇(B40)和40%2,5二甲基呋喃(DMF,D40)三种燃料燃烧和排放特性对比,研究了燃料特性对柴油机性能和排放的影响。研究结果表明:D40滞燃期最长,燃烧速率最快,最大压力升高率最高,三种燃料在较低EGR率下指示热效率差别较小;随EGR率变大,NO所占比例先降低后升高,NO2所占比例先升高后降低,含氧燃料的加入会增加NO2比例;滞燃期是影响碳烟排放的最主要因素,在整个EGR率区间,D40几乎可实现碳烟的零排放;三种燃料的THC排放差别较小,但B40和D40可降低CH4和HCHO比例。
By comparing combustion and emission characteristics fueled with pure diesel, 40% butanol (B40) and 40% DMF(D40) blends,effects of fuel properties on diesel engine performance and emission characteristics were investigated. Results show that D40 has longest ignition delay,fastest combustion rate and highest pressure rise rate. In lower EGR rate condition,their indicated thermal efficiencies have a little difference. With EGR rate increasing, NO proportion initially decreases then increases while NO2 proportion initially increases then decreases. Addition of oxygenated fuels will increase NO2 proportion. Ignition delay is most important factor affecting soot emission. Within whole EGR rate region,D40 almost realizes zero soot emission. For the three types of fuels,the CH4 and HCHO emission proportions of B40 and D40 are lower,though their THC emission difference is quite small.
